Product Description
Product characteristics:
This product adopts the microcapsule technology, uses the edible starch and silicon dioxide as the carrier, absorbs the bactericide. It is safe, nontoxic, non-corrosiveness, and it possess the remarkable mold-proof and antibacterial effect, the loose use conditions, the one-up technology internationally. It is an ideal food antistaling agent.
Freshness Preservation principle:
Guangyi external food antistaling agent can release the gas, and volatilize to the interior package slowly, form a gas phase protector of the certain density around the freshness preserved food. This product can suppress or kill many kinds of mildew, bacterium and other putrefactive bacteria, at the same time it can combine with the free moisture of the food, reduce the moisture activity which is an important influence factor on the food date of minimum durability, and then achieve the goal of freshness preservation.
