Ascorbyl Palmitate(VC ester) is a high effective antioxidant and deoxidizer, is assessed as nutritious, high effective and safe additive by Codex Committee on Food Additives(CCFA) of World Health Organization(WHO). It is the only antioxidant which can be used in the infant formulae and follow-up formulae in China. The product can prevent oxidation, protect colour and luster, enhance particular nutrition and so on.
